At The Art of Cardz, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy, which complies with the rules of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

  1. General Policy
  • Trading cards and their accessories in all forms and categories are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Refunds and exchanges for specified items (non-trading card products) are permitted within 3 days of purchase, provided that you present a valid proof of purchase.
  1. Eligibility & Process
  • To request a refund or exchange, eligible items must be reported within 3 days of purchase along with proof of purchase (sales receipt).
  • Only items that are explicitly designated as eligible (other than trading cards and their accessories) qualify for this policy.
  1. Refund & Exchange Conditions
  • All refund and exchange requests will be processed in accordance with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry rules.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued in the same mode of payment used on the original sales invoice.
  • For exchanges, the replacement item (subject to availability) will be processed once the return is verified.

  • Ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or damaged may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • As stated, all trading cards and related accessories are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Pre-order items and special promotional offers may also be non-refundable unless an error is attributable to The Art of Cardz.
